Hi All
I have a 2008 FLHT, and when I turn the key on all the lights come on but the fuel pump does not power up and it will not crank. All the fuse's checked out ok, what should I check next.
 
When you say "checked all the fuses" did that include the ECM and fuel pump fuses under the Right side cover?
 
The battery has a full charge.
There are no fuses under the right side cover that I can see.

Right in front of the ECM module is the EFI fuse block. It's tucked up right above the ECM connector cable. I have to unplug and move my ECM cable to get the fuse box out. The box contains fuel pump, ECM power, engine control fuses and EFI system relay. Give a look and see, I think '08's are same as '07.
