no fuel

My 2005 road king police won't start. I have checked fuses no power to fuel pump fuse under right cover. Checked left cover relays...the cover says one is brake and the other is ( can't remember) but I know it didn't say fuel pump...where else could it be located?

I believe it is under the right cover where the fuse was.

The ECM fuse supplies power to the system relay's normally open contacts. Those normally open contacts then supply power to the fuel pump fuse. So go back to the ECM fuse then the system relay
