I'm having my rear fender and gas tank painted (needed something one-off)
I removed the rear fender yesterday (PAIN IN THE @$$:49
and there is a plastic shroud coming out of the front of the fender.
I'm wondering if this is really necessary in terms of stopping rocks and whatnot from kicking up, or if I can just remove it.
Also, there are plastic pieces on either side of the rear fender that are used for the routing of the rear signal wires, and they also have reflectors on them, can I just lose those too, and route the wires with another material?
Any thoughts? :hii
