Newbie questions.

Did the 2000 Sportster come stock with adjustable rear shocks? Also, does the drilled front brake rotor on you guys bikes make a buzzing sound when the brakes are applied?
Is there any way to tell if the previous owner bored the cylinders for 1200cc pistons? (without yanking the heads and measuring the bore).

depends on the model but most are adjustable for preload.
buzzing sound do you mean like swosshing noise if so yes.
you answer to the last part is not easiliy you amy be able to tell if they have replaced the barrels with 1200c barrels by finding the part number son them but to tell if they have been bored will mean tearing it apart, what makes you think they have been bored?

Thanks for the info, I never met the previous owner so not sure what was done on the bike. Saw a kit that was just pistons with no new cylinders and figured a bore job was possible.
