I do plan to have the above issues checked out. If they are out spec then the worn out parts will be replaced. However,my 96 ci engine is not a HIPO engine in my opinion.

Well, at least you have heard both sides of the OEM vs billet cam plate discussion; it's your ride and you get to decide.
