Thanks for the comeback, oil change, battery, kick stand springs, trans-oil change, there 5k service ??? The merchanic was vey nice, seeing a newbie and all. Still happy as ever...

Welcome to the club. If they did all that work for $500, they definetely did not rip you off. Also, now you won't have to worry about much other then riding for another 5000 miles. Until then, you can go through the tedious process of figuring out which oil you are comfortable with. Good luck with that!!!

Take a rider training course. You'll be suprised how much you forgot from 30 years ago and insurance will be a few dollars cheaper.

:hiiwelcome to the site these guys here are great listen to them and do good i love my 96 flstc take thier advice and get a hd manual do not bother with off brand manuals hd manuals are best do let her warm up good before riding and take her little problems and turn them into a chance to get to know your bike better be safe and have fun
