New Breather...ECM Cailbration?

On my '01 Injected Fatboy I'm thinking about changing the breather from an older Horsepower Inc. to a Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather. The motor is slightly built, the dyno report is posted. The question is this..... should I calibrate the system? I'm swapping one high-flow for another. I figure there will be mininal difference if any.

That's what I was figuring. The size of the throttle body will dictate how much air gets into the system.
