Need some help with my profile?

Can someone tell me how I get the photo of my HD to show on the profile located on the right of each thread? I did upload the photo, and it is in the profile but will not show when I write a thread message to anyone...Thanks for your help!

Go to userCP up the top and go into edit avatar in the choices on the left.

Thanks Glider worked perfect!!! I just had to show off my sportster. It is the perfect size for running around town. Agian Thanks for the help!!!!
