need carb

    93 flhs sat for 8 yrs need carb at good price. all help would be appriciated, thanks john

    If the carb is gummed up try some Seafoam or Marvels Mystery oil, just might work for you without taking carb apart if that is your problem. Otherwise you can takine carb off and take the float bowl, and the vac piston apart and spray some carb cleaner into all th little holes that you see and then rinse all the parts in hot water.

    lower plastic line connector broken new needle shut off valve,float and cleaned, will only run above 2000rpm

    Low speed circuit obstruction. Clean the jet out and check for sizing/obstruction from varnished fuel.

    Those plastic fittings are easily replaced. You can get those right at the dealership. They are actually completely brass with out that plastic end. All you have to do is take a pair of channel locks and work it back and forth slowly while pulling upwards. Don't force them it could crack the carb housing if you try to force it. Then you just gently push the new one in. I had to change in on my FXRS same situation.
