Motor wont turn over

I have a 1997 Road King 88 evo fuel injected Police Motor W/42k. The fuel pump turns on, the starter engages however the motor will not fire. She would start right up, then stall & not re-start. I just had her tuned, changed the fuel filter, fuel pump & air filter. This appeared to fix the problem for approx. 100 miles. Started her right up this morning, let her idle for approx. 5 minutes then she cut right out....Will not re-start. Fuel pump turns on, engine light goes out, starter engages however engine will not fire. Any resolutions would be greatly appreciated

Number 8 in the diagram could be the problem, check for power to both sides of the coil when cranking
