I have two different wiring diagrams, both show a different way to do this.
Not having a 30amp breaker ( or relay ), I have two 15amp in-line. I have the regulator to the copper pole on the 1st breaker and the starter on the copper pole on the 2nd breaker ( this is the battery wire that hooks to the starter additionally, where the positive battery cable hooks to the starter ) The battery is to the silver pole on the 1st breaker and the battery at ignition switch is to the silver on the 2nd breaker. I hope this is understandable? Do I have it right?
Thanks again, your advise has been a big help so far.

The thing I like about this forum, you get quick responses without the flaming you get on other forums...you know, being treated like you are a idiot.

2 in-line 15amp fuses will only provide 15amp protection and will not provide 30amp protection, if thats what is required.

If you need 30amps get a 30 amp fuse

I got the wiring all done, turns out the battery is shot anyway. Starter goes clank, clank, clank, not enough battery to start it ( I had it load tested ) so I assume that so far, the wiring is correct.
Thanks all!
