I live in Japan and couldn't get an English version of the manual for my 2007 Road King Classic. I wrote to the customer service dept of Harley Davidson in Milwaukee to ask where I could order one, and they sent one to me for free! (If anyone from Milwaukee is reading this, thanks for the great customer service!). I suggest if you can't find a download try writing to them like I did. The address is on their web site. They're very helpful!

The best manual to use is a paper back one.
you can get one at the dealer, it is worth the money
