don't know if any of you have seen this but it does work. I did it when I changed the stock tranny to a Baker OD6. You can watch the whole thing and part 2 or go to about 3:00 into the video.

LOVE IT!!!!! It drops the rpm by about 500 in 6th as compared to stock 5th. Before I would tach a little less than 3200 at 70. Now the rpm is about 3200 at 80. Shifts better and smoother than stock. The only thing I had to get use to is going to first. It is like the older tranny that doesn't have the stop when you shift to first.

Baker recommends RedLine Heavy Shockproof and that's what I put in it. I called and asked about any break-in.........they said since it has a 50,000 mile, 5-year warranty.........ride it like you stole it. Not gonna do that but it's nice to know they stand behind it.

I think they're hit by the economy as everyone else is. $2035.75 to my door.
