I just had my 09 Super Glide serviced. The Mech. put Lucas Oil in. Does anybody know how good Lucas Oil is for motorcycles?
 
Recently changed to lucas from hd oil. Can't say much cuz it's only run under 100ks since the change. But I think its quite good though. This is my first time using synth. Nxt change gonna try redline.
 
Certainly the price at $6.99 per quart and ease of availability (Kragen/O'Rielly) and Made in USA (Corona, CA) as listed on the bottle, for Lucas 100% Synthetic High Performance Motor Oil 20W-50 seems reasonable. I did my recent oil change with it and will see when I change as customary again in 3,000 miles/3 months, will see how it turns color and looks.
 
I have been using the Lucas 85-140 gear oil in my tranny and its top notch. Look at the oil report up top where i did my own test. This was non syn.
