I have a 2009 Screamin Eagle Road Glide with Electronic throttle control. When I start the bike most of the time, I have no throttle. Other times it revs up to about 4,000 rpm then slowly goes back to about 1300 rpm. At least then I have a throttle. I have set an appointment with Harley to have the bike looked at but this is the second time it has happened in 3 weeks. Has anyone else had this experience or does anyone know what may be the cause of this?

When pushing bike around make sure key is off. With key on you can change curb idle.
