Loose Baffles

I have a set of the Thunder Slip on pipes. Great sound, but now for some reason I am getting a rattle inside the slip on. I know it is the metal baffle. How do you fix something like that. I check the bolt at the end of the pipe, and it is as tight as can be, but it still rattles like crazy.

Inspect the baffle and see if you can expand the end to fit tighter into the shell.

i ran into something like ur prob when i put the samson pipes on my bike the baffle at the back where the bolt is was a good a snug fitt but the front of the baffle was undersized and make a kinda wierd buzzing sound at a certain rpm took the baffles out wrapped them in some fiberglass (thin sheet i brought home from work hehe)and bam no more wierd noise!i must say the fiberglass gave my pipes a nicer sound not as loud as before but a very nice tone
