Looking for Info!

I've been searching the WWW all morning and haven't come across anything close yet, frustrating. I wouldn't think it'd be so hard and I'm sure this rack isn't the only one out there.

There are many companies that "test the waters" for building and selling motorcycle accessories. Some make it some don't. It's possible you might have a one off, or prototype rack made by a company that withdrew from the market or folded. From what I see in your pics, is that it is a high quality item, maybe mfg. costs priced it too high for the market.
