I picked up my FLHRC on the 3rd. For me, a motorcycle needs the laced wheels. That is one of the reasons for the Road King, for me. And the passing lights and windshield. The whole look is a motorcycle, to me. The reason I went with the classic over the RK was the wide white wall tires and leather bags.
But, to me, the Road King is what a motorcycle is suppose to look like. Whether the one you got, or my classic.
You will love the sound, the rumble at any speed. Stopped, freeway, or anything between. When you roll the throttle back and feel the saddle push you forward with unapologizing torque.... Man it feels good!!!
Remember, under 3500 RPMs until 500 miles!!!
