I bought a Lenale fan back in 2009. It worked flawlessly for the past 4 years but it stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I contacted Len and he told me to send it to him along with $60.00 (his cost for a new fan). I sent him the fan assembly on a Friday with an expected Wednesday delivery. He must have worked on it and shipped it back the day he received it because I got it back from him on Friday. Can't ask for better service than that since we are about 2,500 miles apart. And no, I don't have any connection with Lenale other than being a satisfied customer.
