Labor hours to do a top end

How many hour should it take to tear down and put back together the top end of a 96"TC? Just having the top end done and nothining else not getting into the cam chest the stock pushrods are cut and adjustables push rods are installed.

Harley 2008 job time code book says for both heads to recondition 5.1 hours. Actual time probably varies on where or who you have do it.
