I installed the Kuryakyn Driving Lights in place of the standard turn signals on my 2008 FLHX 3 years ago. Then at Biketoberfest last year, I purchased the LED upgrade for these lights from them. Well, one of them stopped working already and their website didn't show any way to simply order a single replacement instead of the kit that contained both.
I called them to ask about this and was informed that all of their products sold at rallies came with a 3 year warranty. Got switched over to Richard and he's sending me a new kit, no questions asked, no receipt necessary, no "let me check our records and make sure you really bought this from us."
I was practically speechless. Great customer service and product support from Kuryakyn!
