Jiffy Stand Clunking

I have a 2009 ultra that when i go over a bump the jiffy stand makes a clunking noise. It is a bit annoying as my 03 ultra never had the problem. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? thanks

Check to see if the bumper is missing. Some have it on the stand and others on the frame.
