Jacked Up cruise control

I will be jammin down the road at 65-80mph and my cruise will just decide to shut off so I reset it and it may work for 30mins and shuts off. tonight I was on a 15min ride and it shut off 3 times. What could be some issues just wiring or more detailed? My bike is still under warranty.

It may be a throttle lash cable adjustment causing the problem.

I had the same problem, HD said I had a defective brake light switch that when activated would tell the system to shut off.

What year bike? Mine was the throttle roll off switch, but mine's an '07.
