GS34 is right.... I run an automotive repair shop and I can relate to being pulled away from a job to look at something for a customer or to do a quick state inspection. It seams I have to stop and do 15 other things before I can make it back to the job that I was pulled away from. I can understand how some mistakes are made. I've been lucky so far with only 1 costly mistake after 10 yrs.
