Intercom and separate music source???

I have a 2008 Ultra Classic. My wife wants to be able to listen to her iPod independently of my music, but still be able to talk on the intercom. Is this possible if so, how? I am assuming there is an adapter that would go between the headset and the port on the bike that a separate music source could plug into???? Thanks for your help

What type of headsets are you using? If your using Harley helmet mount headsets she could use earbuds with her Ipod and just turn the volume all the way down on the bikes radio. The intercom volume is adjusted independently during setup.

Harley headsets and that is what she has been doing, but a little cumbersome inside the helmet. Was hoping for another solution, but may have to keep using the earbuds.
