Idle Speed On Delphi EFI

I don't think you have an Idle adjustment. You have a Throttle Position sensor but I don't think it will adjust the idle up or down. Do you have a manual?

It would help to know what the issue is. Is the idle speed to low? Is it too high? Does it change under certain conditions? etc.

Idle speed is controlled by the ECM in the Delphi system; should be 950-1050rpms. It has a minimum idle speed and uses an idle air control (IAC) valve to control. Minimum air is preset and shouldn't need adjusted and can only be adjusted by certain fuel management systems. However, when the throttle body gets dirty the IAC can't keep up and minimum air isn't enough anymore. The IAC may need cleaning but that depends on the issue.
