how to change base gaskets

well, I must agree, getting the gaskets off was definately the most difficult part of this job! all back together, looking better than ever, no leaks, runs great, and I had a blast doing it! Thanks to everyone for your input! BTW, the back rocker box cover was (EDIT) to get on with the new gaskets but came out pretty easy. Is that normal? maybe I got lucky on disassembly and couldnt figure out how it went in best, but hey! Its done and everything is good in the world again!

it is great to here that you have completed this task with success having had a few evo engined bikes it is a task that i have had to do more than once and understand your elation that the job is done and good
take it easy with the engine until it is fully warmed up and the base gaskets should be good for years to come
