how many miles do you ride

just wondering how much your bike is rode per year

Current bike I purchased new in June of 08 and has 27,6?? on the clock. Not enough is how I would really like to answer

8,500 last year. Only 2,300 this year so far.... Bike is 3 years and 4 months old and has 20,350. Last bike 10 years old and 50,000 miles.

My riding is all over the map, as well. When I first got Betty I was just making my business tick. Then my wife had surgery. Then things picked up. Then she blew her knee out and had more surgery.

But I found some old inheritance money, they invented the 48, and now I had a 'scooter' to do quick, short, cheap rides I could squeeze in anywhere, and anytime.

Wisconsin has roughly a six month riding season. If my average is reflected like the last two years, I'll do +8K as a total for the two bikes per season. With an average taken over the last ten years, it would drop.

How that figures over +40 years, I have no idea.

Not enough..

I've been doing about 6k a year the last 3 yrs. Prior to that, family responsibilities and priorities kept it lower: 2 -3 k/yr

April 10' til now 5700 miles on my FatBoy. Ride for PG escorts, and to just go for a ride to nowhere.

I live 6 mi from work. 3 months of the summer is too hot and wet for me to ride recreationally, but ride back and forth to work when it is not likely to rain on me. I put around 10K on per year.

Only a pitiful 7,000 this year due to alot of things going on right now. In the past I have always tried for 10,000 or more. Hopefully next year will be better.
