Hooking up XM Radio

Do you see any problem with hooking up a XM Radio to the cig. lighter for power? It changes to only 6 volts draw and only when the radio is on.

When I ran XM or Sirrius (my GPS now has a mp3 player built in), I ran it and my GPS from the back of the lighter. The circuit should handle it with no problem.

If you use the cigatette attachment in the front, it will work, but sooner or later, it will give you problems.

The same as biglew. I attached the wires for my Sirius radio under the fairing to the back of the lighter. It's worked fine.
