Heritage Front end constant whining noise

I installed a new brake rotor and brake pads on my 08 Heritage. Since then, two things have happened. There is now a whining noise at all speeds which is very rhythmic, then with leaning the noise changes to have a more grainy noise. The rotor is a floating rotor, an HD and HD pads. The torque settings were all followed. Someone said the front wheel may not be lined up? Any help would be appreciated. The second one is my brake lever now comes back further, it bled a cup of fluid thru, do I have to bleed the back ones, too even though they weren't changed? Thank you.

Back ones won't affect front ones. Did you follow manual when changing all this? I would go back and recheck, recenter and retighten everything. It could be that the pads are just wearing-in to the rotor though. Keep us up on what you find.
