Saddle soap and a bit of water works great, (not too much water, no brush, you don't want to strip the dye out), wipe dry with a clean soft cloth, then a very very very light spray and rub in of mink oil, or a product containing Lanolin to keep the leather soft, pliable and protected. Also, Armor All Now makes a "non slippery formula" for dash and seats and such. I haven't used it, maybe someone else has and can let us know how it worked.
