Help with Short Shots on a Street Bob

Just got a pair of Staggered Short Shots on my Street Bob. I put the quiet baffles on and it still too loud. Is there anything else I can do to make these quieter. I live in California where its a big enough pain without askin for trouble.

Any ideas??

They sure are! It's a total bummer. They're so beautiful, but if I can't quiet these down...I'm gonna have to get rid of them.

I will check out those baffles for sure.

I just realized that I was supposed to use the fiberglass cloth that was wrapped around them...i thought it was protective packaging... we'll see if that makes any difference...if I can get it to drop 4 or 5 decibals I will be a lot happier.
