HELP! '09 Ultra Classic & Hookers

I am looking to put Hookers (that were on my '06 Road King) onto my '09 Ultra Classic.

1. Will they fit onto the pipe
2. Will they stick out the same distance
3. HD WILL do the work. Does this sound right? a. Screaming Eagle Air clearner kit b. Re-Mapping c. Cost just under $1,000 complete with labor etc...

Does the above sound right? Will I need DYNO work as well (whatever that is.)

2 frame is different so probley not
3 yes youll need dyno for 1k i would hope thats included as swapping slip ons is a 30 min job at most .. air cleaner kit isnt that hard to install either
