1999 Fatboy stall problem

Just wanted to say Hello and Thanks for the welcome. Also have a question regarding my 1999 Fatboy. I bought it 4 weeks ago with 4500 miles and in great shape. It has been stalling out at highway speeds. I just had the 5k service and all was ok. I thought it might be the gas, I am putting 93 into the tank. Once it happens I switch to reserve and it restarts no problem, and refill. I only am able to put 2 gallons in the tank so lack of gas is not the problem. Any ideas welcome.

You may have to drop the petcock out of the tank to check the screen on the inside of the tank that is on the petcock. While you are doing that, take the tank off and flush it out good too.

It sounds like the strainer is clogged up with something.
