Hearing a little "click" when i squeeze the brake, what could it be?

I merged the two threads so that the information flows from the beginning to the end in one place it is much easier to follow the symptom investigation and eventual remedy of an issue if it is all together

That's interesting. I had the same problem with my 2011 Heritage and recently flushed the master cylinder. What I found when removing the fluid was several black flecks in the reservoir. I carefully removed them and refilled the reservoir with new fluid and flushed a few extra ounces when vacuum bleeding the system. I also have had the weeping around the gasket. I cleaned the gasket thoroughly. I used blue locktite and torqued the cover to 8 inch pounds. So far working like a charm.

That sounds like a good fix, but it's under warranty so I'll let them take care of it. I'll remember this if it happens down the road again .
