Headlight not working

2008 sportster 1200 custom, headlight does not work... Bulb is good, fuses and relay is good. Getting power to the pigtail. Any ideas?

That's where I got the supply for the ground on the multimeter

I would think if your getting power and ground to the plug both high and low, it would most likely be the bulb. Have you tried a new one?

Your bulb terminals likely aren't making contact within the headlight plug. Your pigtail connections may be wearing down some. Try spreading out or pushing closer the terminals on the bulb a bit so that the terminals on the bulb are tighter fit in the plug.
