On my 08 RG I just did a ride to and from Death Valley. Each time we stopped for gas my bike would not start, did not even turn over. I checked the kill switch each time, making sure it was in the right position. Turned the switch on and off several times also. After about 3 to 5 minutes I would hit the starter and it kicked over. Got back into town and had to stop for a long train. Turned her off and sat for ablut 5 minutes and when the train passed, you guessed it she would not start. Pushed it to the curb, waited several minutes and bam it turned over. Took it into Harley Friday morning, didn't hear from them, sooo won't know anything until Tue. Closed Sun. and Mon.
Any ideas what is trippin with my RG.
Also order new HST handle bars while I was there. Hope I like as much as Smitty.:bigsmiley19:
