My Front tire still has plenty of thread left on it but it is cupped and makes a lot of noise. There is a recall on this tire Dunlop 130 80 b17.Which came on this motorcycle 2009 ultra classic electra glide. The motorcycle has 12000 miles on it and the back tire still has lots of thread. I was thinking about changing to the commander 2 tire. So I suppose i'll have to change both tires? any thoughts as what tire would be best for me?

A lot of riders mix and match tire brands and have had no problems. Where you start to have issues is running a radial and a non radial tire together.
I personally run the same brand but that's just me.
