Harley Davidson speed-o-meter

Just purchased a hand watch which has 99785098V Swiss made...seems to be made out of sterling silver.. worn edges..has white dial face with Harley Davidson going around top of face with speed-o-meter under it..has two hands and a second hand...looked everywhere on internet but no samples..anyone know what this is? pocket watch or stop watch? Any help will be helpful.

Looks like a pocket watch made to resemble a speedometer. Pretty cool.
