On a 80 evo motor, what is the limit of the bore of the of the engine. Who makes the best parts for this motor.
 
If memory serves me correct 0.030" is the max bore size. There are plenty of after market suppliers,ex. Wiseco,KB pistons, and others. I usually go with HD stuff for basically stock type engines with just cam changes. HD has a good price compared to after market. What is it you plan to do?
