Hello folks. I just took delivery of the Heritage Style handlebars. I was wondering how the stock grips come off,and can I save them. Also are there any tips you can provide for the swap out, such as the fly-by-wire throttle.

    regards

the left side is glued on so you will need a new set of grips ... be carefull with the flw cables that run thought he bars they can be a pain to run though and if you break it well need a new cable

You can save the stock grip if you want to.

Thanks for your help. I completed the installation of the Heritage Style bars. Everything went well. The left grip was hard to get off, but I managed to save it. I like the rubber grips.
These bars solved my last 'comfort' customization; they are just what I wanted.
    Now for some bling !
