Ground wire 03 XLH Handlebar Harness

I was putting a set of risers on my 2003 Sportster and accidently broke the ground wire. I know the one end goes to the bolt head on the bottom of the riser, but I cannot find where the other end goes. Help please!!! Thanks in advance
