I am on a first name basis with everyone from parts to sevice to merchandise at my dealer Frieze H-D in O'fallon Illinois.I was talking with the owner and she said its their job to remember your name.

Grew up in O'Fallon, I remember when the mill burned down; don't even know if the mill pond is still there. Corn field in my back yard.

Hi. HD dealers service in Mexico are very bad. Too high prices. A very poor choice in accessories and spare parts. Usually no motor oil nor transmission oil. Can you believe it
