gold exhaust

They make products like blu buster but they will have an effect on the shine quality of the chrome. Difficult to remove it without any bad results. Better to check the tune of the motor and not get the blue on the pipes to begin with. Some discoloration is unavoidable.

Leave them at the end of a rainbow for awhile...;)

IMO, you've got a couple of options: leave them alone (no biggie & free), have them re-chromed (cost?), or get them ceramic coated ($100 - $200, depending on exhaust). I went w/the ceramic coating b/c it also cools the pipes. Good Luck!

you cant...the pipes will always be that way...all your doing with that stuff they sell to remove gold and blue heat areas is going to sand your chrome off the pipes then when thats gone you will see dull nickle plating....

put heat shields over the area and they wont change color...All pipes will change color due to bad tuning,,,,and jetting of your fuel systm....Dont waste your money on re chrome...most Chome platers wont do used exhaust system due to all the carbon and junk in the pipes they cant remove....one set of pipes in there tanks could ruin the chemicals and that could cost $$$$$
