I took mine off several times with about 3 or 4 gallons in it with no problem. But then I'm a big, strapping dude with Superman muscles!

I removed my tank just to install my TFI. It's really easy and something we all should know how to do in my opinion.

I have never removed the tank on my 05 EGS. Are there any videos or photos on what these things look like? Sure would be nice to see. Pictures are worth a billion words. At least that is what I was taught to believe.

Just go slow and follow your service manual step by step. Searched Google videos and only came up with fuel tank DENT removal videos. Sorry.
