I just got a larger tank for my 82 sportster and it has 2 outlets on the front bottom on each side one is a vent to the cap and the other I think is for cross over do I need all 4 of them I dont see that the vent will do anything because it comes thru the tank to under the cap I want to know before I paint the tank if I dont need them I can weld shut before paint any help would be nice
