FXSTBI saddlebag brackets and owner's manual

Hi, newbie here. Just bought a gorgeous 2001 FXSTBI custom Night Train. Am wondering where to find an owners manual for it (I have a factory service manual) and although I hate to put bags on it, for practical reasons I need to. Am having a tough time locating the support brackets for this model. Any suggestions??? Thanks much, Doug
