Fuse keeps blowing on my 06 Sportster

That theory should work, if I can find the wiring schematic for this specific bike.
Went to Sheltons Harley in Goldsboro NC yesterday ('bout a 30 mile ride), and they don't have that year repair manual in stock.

It LIVES !!!! Found the short behind the clamp on the inside of rear fender for one of the knobs that the passenger backrest / luggage rack attaches to.
This makes me mighty happy.

The wires on the underside of the rear fender are very exposed and do from time to time get damaged
