Fuel question

Did a search didnt get anything. Had my Roadking for a year and unlike my honda vtx you have to have higher octane. On our roadtrips sometimes its hard to find the right stuff. I have seen little booster packs at J&P. Anyone ever use them or anything like that? If so do they work good? Just be nice to be able to fill where we stop than trying to find what we need.

Yep i think thats what i seen at jp. Ya being in the midwest theirs a lot of farmer country with lower octane and finding what i want is hard at times. Thanks.

Good advice from Tank, I too carry some everywhere I go. On the way to Sturgis last year ran into places in South Dakota that only had 87 octane.

I too agree. With the corn and other ingredients they are adding and the removing of detergents, I carry something similar otherwise I get sputtering and a rough ride.

My only concern is to read the labels, and make sure there is no alcohol in what you are using:s
