Fuel Injection Tuner??

I have a 2004 Electra Glide that I have added the stage 1 air filter to and I'm getting ready to change the slip ons to either a Vance and Hines 2 into 1 or the Vance and Hines Monster Ovals. I know I will need to re-program the computer to correct the fuel ratio, but I'm not sure which tuner to use. I want one that is easy to understand and works reliabily. Any suggestions as to which I should use and why?
